Fast and efficient – a fitness bike with an extremely comfortable ride. Performs equally well on bike paths or long stretches of open road. Exceptional training bikes: lightweight, quick and easy to ride. Comfortable, upright position maximizes stability Extremely fast performance geometry. The components are the same as or comparable to the bike at www.trekbikes.com I used it as a distance exercise bike but I've also had it on some fairly aggressive trails and it handles extremely well anywhere in between.
